This wine is made from grapes from old vines Mantonegro emerged in 2000 as a tribute to our grandmother Sio ( diminutive Spaniard Conception ) . Elegant , fresh and fruity with mineral funding from our vineyard wine predominance of limestone .

Preparation: Manual harvest . Uva carefully selected grain by grain of the oldest vines of the local variety black Manto, a variety with amazing aromatic potential it brings a lot of fruit and warmth. Complement with vines over 25 years of structured varieties such as Syrah , Cabernet and Merlot .

Nose: Powerful dominant aroma of ripe red fruit , mineral funds , spicy and balsamic .
Palate: Creamy and silky in step with very good persistence. Rich in body , balanced, very tasty and powerful with firm tannins.
The successor of our famous Finca Biniagual, this is the wine which best represents the Biniagual Winery. Ideal for a special occasion or for sharing with friends and family. In bottles of 750 cl and 1.5l magnums.
Grape Varieties: 57% Manto Negro, 26% Syrah and 17% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Production Process: Harvested in small boxes of 10-12kg. The grapes are selected by hand and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks of 4600 and 8850 litres.
Maceration: An average of 17 days.
Malolactic fermentation: In stainless steel tanks.
Ageing: 15 months in oak barrels. 90% French origin and 10% American. 65% of which are new and 35% second use.

Blend of varieties montenegro, Callet, merlot, cabernet and syrah aged for twelve months and cvatorce fine grain oak casks selection. It has an intense ruby color with very cloudy garnet hues and elegant, with notes of spice and dried fruit, fennel and licorice. Background of ripe fruit and well integrated oak.

Attractive straw colour with golden reflections. Clear and very bright.
Clean, elegant nose with a harmonious fruity (mango and pineapple) and floral (honeysuckle) bouquet. Well-blended oak that gives the wine a touch of distinction. Hints of camomile and smoke.
Warm and distinguished attack on the palate, going into unctuous body which doesn’t lack any freshness. A certain acidity adds flavour to the whole, giving the wine a personality beyond the fruit.

Comment: Created with prensal white chardonnay. Pale yellow with greenish hues trimmed with golden highlights. Aromas of dried fruits, nuts and almonds and tropical fruits, pineapple and banana. Good structure, balanced acidity. Sweet and appetizing.
Pale pink color, clean and bright. Floral aromas and fresh fruits, strawberry, raspberry, etc.. With a touch of very soft wood. The palate is fresh with a powerful acidity and a finish that reminds us back to the red fruits, long, balanced and persistent.

Preparation: Handpicked selection of own vineyards and winery in the grape berry by berry. Some of the grapes are pressed gently to get fresh fruit flavors and macerated elsewhere on deposit for 12-18 hours and bled for more structure and depth. Subsequently fermented in stainless steel tanks at 12-14 ° C for about 40 days.

A selection of the best olive trees are harvested by hand at the optimum point of ripeness in the middle of November. To prevent oxidation the production takes place only a few hours after the harvest. Cold extraction by centrifugation at controlled temperature of 25ºC.
