Aromas of ripe red berries, such as currants. Raspberry and blackberry. Slightly spicy notes of menthol, which combines the flavors of toast. We suggest to smoked meats and Toffee creme. Velvety and round, with great body and a dominant flavor of cherries and spice. Endures over time with a dry finish.

Barrel Ageing: 12 months in 95% French and 5% American oak
Made from a selection of grapes Manto Negre and vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from Sa Pareteta , entered in the register of organic farming . Harvesting is done in boxes being cooled to 2°C before starting the process of stemming and crushing . Maceration in stainless steel tanks and subsequent fermentation with yeast itself at a temperature of about 22°C. Aged in new French and American oak for 6 months. Assembly of wood, and later bottled blend .
Grape Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon and Mantonegro.
Deep red , violet reflections with a very strong and persistent tear. Intense aroma which highlights the balsamic notes , cedarwood , eucalyptus nuances reminiscent of intermingled with aromas of ripe fruit , roasted coffee, cocoa .
On the palate it is smooth and creamy . Pleasant sensations of fruit in syrup , toasted and spicy nuances and end with hints of herbs. Gustatory long persistence.
The successor of our famous Finca Biniagual, this is the wine which best represents the Biniagual Winery. Ideal for a special occasion or for sharing with friends and family. In bottles of 750 cl and 1.5l magnums.
Grape Varieties: 57% Manto Negro, 26% Syrah and 17% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Production Process: Harvested in small boxes of 10-12kg. The grapes are selected by hand and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks of 4600 and 8850 litres.
Maceration: An average of 17 days.
Malolactic fermentation: In stainless steel tanks.
Ageing: 15 months in oak barrels. 90% French origin and 10% American. 65% of which are new and 35% second use.
Alcohol content: 14.5%
Aged (crianza) white wine, fermented in new French oak barrels and aged for 6 months on its lees. The best grapes from our vineyards go into its blend.

Tasting notes: golden yellow with light green, clean and bright. Floral aromas. Memories citrus and fresh fruit, with a hint of butter. Very long finish, fresh, well balanced and full bodied.
Recommendations: blends well with fish sauce, grilled, stews, baked fish and seafood.
Serving temperature: serve between 6º-8ºC.
Hoarding prizes tasting this young wine It was the first dry muscat Spain to be commercialized. It has an attractive yellow pale with greenish tones. Bright. A wine very Fine, with strong varietal aromas, although nothing heavy (sensitive nose), fresh on the palate, dry, balanced and very smooth, with great expression flavor in the mouth (think grape chewing Healthy and ripe) Muscat. Differ much from other national moscateles. It is one of the most original wines produced in Spain

Preparation: Handpicked selection of own vineyards and winery in the grape berry by berry. Some of the grapes are pressed gently to get fresh fruit flavors and macerated elsewhere on deposit for 12-18 hours and bled for more structure and depth. Subsequently fermented in stainless steel tanks at 12-14 ° C for about 40 days.

Comment: Made mantonegro and merlot from the oldest of the estate of Ca’n Grau, organically grown strains. Wine color very vivid cherry. Aromas of ripe fruit, especially blackberry, currant and wild gerdera. The palate is fresh and sweet.

Naturally sweet late harvest wine produced from small bunches of Muscat de Frontignan grapes that have been over-ripened and dried on the vine.

Production: 1.000 bottles of 0,5 L
The clusters of grapes have to remain on the plant until the beginning of October (an extended ripening of more than 30 days). The harvested bunches are partially dried and pressed manually in a small vertical press.
This grape juice rich in sugars and aromas is fermented and aged for 6 months in oak barrels. The yield is extremely low, with each plant producing no more than half a litre of wine.
Color: Golden yellow with transparent hints, limpid and clean.
Nose: Exotic and floral. Predominating aromas of honey, aromatic herbs and tropical fruit (litchi). Fresh and elegant with perfectly well integrated wood.
Taste: A pleasant feel in the mouth, intense freshness and a great fruit intensity. Great balance between sweetness and acidity.
Suggestions: Ideal with foie gras, blue cheese, white meats, or fresh fruit like melon.
Made from the red grapes grown in the winery and following the “Champagne method”. After a minimum of 10 months in bottle, the lees are removed by “Disgorging process” and without adding any liqueur d’expédition, is configured the “Brut Nature of Binissalem”.
