Young, fresh, balanced with soft aromatic notes of red fruit Rosé.

Preparation: Handpicked selection of own vineyards and winery in the grape berry by berry. Some of the grapes are pressed gently to get fresh fruit flavors and macerated elsewhere on deposit for 12-18 hours and bled for more structure and depth. Subsequently fermented in stainless steel tanks at 12-14 ° C for about 40 days.

Comment: Made mantonegro and merlot from the oldest of the estate of Ca’n Grau, organically grown strains. Wine color very vivid cherry. Aromas of ripe fruit, especially blackberry, currant and wild gerdera. The palate is fresh and sweet.

Medium-deep strawberry in colour, clear and bright. A nose dominated by red fruit aromas and hints of tropical fruit in its acidity. The ripe bouquet makes the wine fresh and mellow. Light on the palate, with a lingering finish with hints of apricot and nuts.

Vinification: Hand picked and selected grapes. Temperature controlled fermentation and storage in stainless steel vats.
Character: Fresh and lively blend, salmon coloured with apricot highlights. Fresh bouquet of green apple and red berries combined with an elegant tart finish on the palette. A wine for every occasion, whether as aperitif, to accompany a barbecue or to be enjoyed on its own on the terrace.
Pale plum in colour, very bright and clear. A very fruity nose, with strawberries, pomegranate and some red berries coming through, but not particularly mature. In the mouth we find the same fruit as on the nose, no acidity and the long, velvety length typical of Merlot. Drink at 8-10º C.

Pale pink color, clean and bright. Floral aromas and fresh fruits, strawberry, raspberry, etc.. With a touch of very soft wood. The palate is fresh with a powerful acidity and a finish that reminds us back to the red fruits, long, balanced and persistent.
